Cut
Our state of the art 5-axis OMAX Waterjet cutting machine can cut just about any material, from metals and composites to glass and plastics, up to 155mm in thickness. With the fastest cutting speeds and best precision compared to any other abrasive Waterjet in the industry, our capabilities are simply unrivalled. Using the force of high-pressure water, this method of cutting doesn’t create any heat-affected zones or mechanical stresses, and is environmentally friendly, with low energy consumption and quiet & clean operations. It’s ability to cut smooth edges also eliminates the need for secondary operations.
Drill
If you need holes to be drilled into your product prior to the welding stage, or to facilitate with installation, we will take care of it in our workshop! Our drill press helps us to ensure our drilling is accurate, through achieving precise angles and drilling holes of identical size and depth.
Polish
Polishing the material will not only transform it visually; it will also assist in eliminating corrosion over time! It works by increasing the durability of metal, acting as a protective sealant to stop the process of oxidisation. Many of the projects that we complete are going to be exposed to the harsh external elements, such as direct sunlight and heavy rain. That is why at Stressfree Waterjet Cutting, we polish all of our projects that utilise metal as the main material.

As part of our end-to-end engineering process, our in-house welding workshop eliminates the need for you to go to various places to get one project completed! Once we have cut the material, we will join it together where required to create the finished product. Final Production
All projects completed by us undergo stringent examinations and testing to guarantee their durability and longevity. Our rule of thumb – if we wouldn’t be 100% confident displaying it in our business or at our home, we will never send it home with our customer. Before it leaves our workshop, it will be inspected by our experienced engineers to ensure it is absolutely on point as per the agreed upon designs.
